Management
Information System (MIS) Objective:The objective of developing the MIS is to
maintain the information of the Student electronically
making the best use of technologies available
as on today. Other feature include are Student
enquiry section, Student Center section, Campus
News, Payment etc. Various sections are developed
to keep the information segregated with well-defined
domain. Extensive Search mechanism is developed
to search the record at the tip of finger.

Reports
Registration: The
purpose of section is to store the Student Registration
data electronically. Interface is created to enable
to enter the data by end user. Programmes and
fees is shown as per the criteria. The Student
is given Unique Registration Number, which uniquely
define the profile of Student. In any further
communication the Student is required to mention
only the Provisional No to interact with the University.
Admission:
In Registration section the Student is given the
provisional Admission subject to verification
of Testimonials submitted by the Student. After
the Student's testimonials are verified the Student
is given the Confirmed Admission. To fill the
Admission Details the User is required to enter
the Provisional Number .The Provisional Number
is verified and data is shown accordingly. This
is replica of hard copy admission form. After
filling the Office information the Admission is
confirmed and the Student is given the Admission
Number.
Learning Network:
The section is developed to keep track of the
Organization /Persons interested to become the
Learning Partners with the
PTUOnline.com
The Administration can choose the Right organization
and person to make the Learning partner. The User
is required to fill the Data about the Organization
and Management. Data to be filled includes infrastructure
details, investment capacity details, staff details
and other relevant information.
Courseware: The Objective of this section
is to keep track of the courseware send to Student.
Courseware includes both interactive CD's and
Print Material. The data entered by the User Can
be made use to find the Student to whom the Courseware
is send and also come to know the Student to whom
the Courseware need to send. Thus this system
helps to main the records of dispatching.
Records can be entered at batch level and individual
Student level.
Announcements: The
aim of the section is send announcements to Student.
Announcement can be sent to all Students, to a
particular Batch or to a Particular Programme
depending the content and purpose of announcement.
Interface is provided to enter the announcement
and depending on User choice the announcement
is sent. Facility is provided to allow user to
add announcement both as attachment and as text.
Campus News:
The objective campus news section is to enter
the campus news. This information is generic in
nature and University expects that everybody knew
about it. Interface is provided to allow the User
to enter the Campus News. User Can enter the text
if the news content is small and short or the
User can upload the file if the text of news is
large.
